Roof repair in Colorado Springs
Fix the part that failed, match what is around it, and tell you honestly whether the rest of the roof has years left.

A repair makes sense when the damage is local: a handful of shingles cracked by a falling branch, tabs that came unsealed in a chinook wind, a pipe boot the sun has split, a few nails backing out. Most repairs here are done in one visit.
What a repair visit includes
- A look at the whole roof, not just the spot you called about, so we do not fix one leak and leave the next one
- Matching shingles. Older colours are sometimes discontinued; if so we show you the closest match before installing it
- Breaking the seal strip on the row above, pulling the old nails and fastening the new shingle to the manufacturer's pattern
- Hand-sealing tabs that face the prevailing west wind
- Photos before and after, sent to you

When we will tell you not to repair
If granules are gone across whole slopes, shingles are brittle enough to crack when lifted, or hail has bruised most of the field, patching only buys a season. We will say so, show you the photos, and price both options so you can decide.
The price for a repair is given on the roof, after we have seen it and before anything is removed. Typical ranges are on our roof repair cost page.
Questions about roof repair
Can you match my shingles?
Usually, when the roof is under about fifteen years old. For older or discontinued colours we bring samples and you choose before we install.
Does a small repair need a permit?
Replacing a few shingles generally does not. Larger repairs and anything structural go through the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, and we pull that permit.
How long does a repair take?
Most are done in a few hours on the day of the visit if we have matching material on the truck.
